Official delivery from China to Ukraine

Ukraine is the company's main destination, and the large majority of shipments here go through white import: contract, invoice, packing list, and declaration under your legal entity. We pick up cargo from the supplier in any city in China, receive it at our own warehouse in Guangzhou with photos and actual measurements, and ship it by air via Poland.

Air rates and timing

Air is the main method for the Ukraine direction. The rate depends on the goods category: the harder the cargo is to export, the higher the price per kilogram.

What we carryRateTiming
Components and mid-range categories base rate 4–7 days flight + 3–4 days Poland and customs
Mid-range goods category above the base rate same
Hard-to-export goods well above the base rate same
Shipping from Hong Kong cheaper than mainland China same
Sea calculated individually from three months

The rates in the table are a reference as of August 6, 2026. Air rates from China are revised often: in 2026, rates on these routes changed more than ten times, and the changes aren't up to us — the price is affected by inspections, fuel, downtime, and customs rules. That's why we confirm the final rate for a specific cargo on the day you reach out, and state in the quote the date it's valid until. If the rate has changed, we say so right away — not after loading.

T1 is paid separately and calculated from the invoice value. Departure can be from Shanghai, Beijing, Urumqi, or sometimes from Korea or Vietnam — the total timing depends on where it turns out possible to clear a particular shipment for export. Approval takes a few days, then 1–4 days to the inspection point and departure.

We accept shipments from 50 kg, it's more cost-effective to consolidate from 150 kg. Send the parameters — submit a request.

How the cost is calculated

Shipping is calculated by weight or by volume — whichever parameter is “heavier” for the flight. The calculation order is the same for all destinations:

  • volume = length × width × height × 1.1 (stacking coefficient);
  • density = weight ÷ volume;
  • The basis of calculation — kilograms or cubic meters — depends on the carrier's price list and is always specified in your calculation.

You can calculate your own cargo yourself — the calculator on the homepage will show which parameter the rate will be based on. More on the calculation — in the questions and answers.

Who files the declaration

You remain the importer on the documents. The contract with the supplier, the declaration, and the goods are registered under your legal entity, and the input VAT stays yours and goes toward offset. We handle the logistics, prepare a full set of documents for import, and pass them to your customs broker.

By default, declaration stays with your broker. Another model is common on the market — import under a contractor's contract, where the client “doesn't become a party to foreign trade.” In that model the goods aren't yours on paper, there's no VAT to offset, and if the contractor runs into problems, the cargo ends up inside someone else's circuit. We work so that the shipment stays yours. No broker — we'll recommend vetted ones or arrange the filing as a separate service.

What's issued for an official shipment: a foreign trade contract, invoice, packing list, export declaration, transport documents, and, if needed, permits and certificates. The duty in Ukraine depends on the UKTZED code, and VAT is calculated on the sum of “goods + shipping + duty.” A detailed breakdown — on the page documents for import.

How a shipment works

01
Request and calculation. Send us the goods, weight, dimensions, and destination city — get a calculation explaining which parameter we're basing the rate on.
02
Pickup from the supplier. We need the factory address or a link to the seller on the marketplace. We pick up anywhere in China.
03
Intake at the warehouse in Guangzhou. We weigh, measure, and photograph every package. You get the photos and actual measurements on the day of intake — before shipping.
04
Packing and consolidation. If needed — a bag, pallet, or crate. Then the cargo is consolidated into a shipment.
05
Shipping and documentation. The status changes at every stage, and you get a notification automatically. Documents are prepared before arrival.
06
Pickup or door-to-door delivery. After payment, the cargo is handed over or delivered to an address in Ukraine.

What's included in the service

  • pickup of cargo from the supplier anywhere in China;
  • intake at our own warehouse with photos and actual measurements;
  • storage until the shipment is consolidated;
  • consolidation of several shipments into one dispatch;
  • shipping by the chosen method;
  • preparation of the document set for import and handover to your broker;
  • notification of every status change — without you having to ask.

Paid separately: packing (bag and tape — $5 per package, with a cardboard corner — $6, wooden crate — $15–25, palletized crate — $30 per cubic meter), T1, insurance, door-to-door delivery, inspection and recount of the goods. We name the cost before shipping, not in an invoice after the fact.

Insurance, plainly. We insure based on the cargo's value: 1.5% for a valuation up to $30 per kilogram, 2.5% for $30 to $50, 3.5% for over $50. This covers loss, theft, and non-delivery. Insurance doesn't cover damage to the cargo — packing protects against breakage, so we select it for the route and show you exactly what we do.

Payment to the supplier in China

The second task for any importer is paying the factory. We handle it ourselves: we pay the supplier in yuan and dollars. We don't charge a fee for a regular payment — we give you the exchange rate. For an official contract, payment through the Hong Kong company works: 1.5–2.2% depending on the monthly volume.

For comparison: payment intermediaries charge 3–20% for this service. The client doesn't need a separate contractor for payments — the shipment and the payment are handled in one place.

Frequently asked questions about the Ukraine direction

How much does shipping from China to Ukraine cost?

We quote the rate for your shipment rather than publish a price list: it depends on the category, the density and the departure point, and it changed more than ten times during 2026. Components and mid-weight categories are cheaper, hard-to-ship goods dearer, and Hong Kong is cheaper than mainland China. A quote holds for 7 days. T1 is paid separately and calculated from the invoice value.

Timing: 4–7 days for the flight, plus another 3–4 days for pickup from Poland and customs. Sea freight takes from three months, calculated individually.

How many days does cargo take from China to Ukraine?

Air: 4–7 days for the flight, then another 3–4 days for pickup from Poland and customs. Before departure, a few days go into approval and 1–4 days to the inspection point. Sea freight — from three months. The exact timing depends on where it turns out possible to clear the shipment for export: departure can be from Shanghai, Beijing, Urumqi, or sometimes from Korea or Vietnam.

Who handles customs in Ukraine — you or the client?

Your customs broker files the declaration. We handle the logistics, prepare a full set of import documents, and pass them to the broker. You remain the importer and owner of the goods on paper — which means the VAT stays yours too. If you don't have a broker, we'll recommend vetted ones or arrange the filing as a separate service — you still remain the importer.

What's the minimum shipment for sending to Ukraine?

We accept from 50 kilograms. It's more cost-effective to consolidate from 150 kg: on shipments around 50 kg, the rate per kilogram is higher. We don't carry parcels or small shipments.

Will you pick up cargo from the supplier in any city in China?

Yes, we pick up anywhere in China and consolidate at our own warehouse in Guangzhou. A factory address or a link to the supplier on a marketplace is enough. Pickup is charged at cost or with a $20–50 markup.

Do you help pay the supplier in China?

Yes. We pay your supplier in yuan and dollars. We don't charge a fee for a regular payment — we give you the exchange rate. For an official contract, payment through our Hong Kong company works: 1.5–2.2% depending on the monthly volume.

Market intermediaries charge 3–20% for this service.
