Cargo Delivery from China to Uzbekistan

We pick up cargo from suppliers across China, receive it at our own warehouse in Guangzhou — with photos and actual measurements — consolidate shipments, and deliver to Tashkent and the regions. We also handle supplier payments and documents for official import separately.

Both truck routes transit through Kazakhstan. The rate for the Uzbekistan route is calculated individually — it depends on density, product category, and destination city. We accept shipments from 50 kg, it's more cost-effective to consolidate from 150 kg. Leave a request — we'll reply within 15 minutes during business hours: weekdays 8:00–20:00, Saturday until 14:00 Kyiv time.

Consolidated cargo from a single package

The Uzbekistan route is mostly small and medium-volume shipments: retail goods, wholesale purchases, marketplace supplies. That's why we work with consolidated cargo: your shipment travels together with others, and you pay only for your own package. The minimum shipment is 50 kg.

The larger the shipment, the lower the rate per kilogram. For regular supplies, terms are discussed separately — this is a case where a predictable volume benefits both sides.

How the cost is calculated

Shipping is charged by weight or by volume — whichever parameter is "heavier" for the shipment:

  • volume = length × width × height × 1.1 (stacking coefficient);
  • density = weight ÷ volume;
  • The basis of calculation — kilograms or cubic meters — depends on the carrier's price list and is always specified in your calculation.

You can calculate your own cargo yourself — the calculator on the homepage will show which parameter the rate is based on.

Documents and import regime

Uzbekistan is not part of the EAEU, so the clearance scheme differs from the Kazakhstan one — you can't apply one to the other. At the same time, the government is steadily simplifying legal import, and the official scheme is becoming more cost-effective here year by year.

For an official supply, we prepare a contract, invoice, packing list, and export documents; certification if required. The declaration is filed by your customs broker: you remain the importer and owner of the goods on paper. The contract and payment to the supplier can be handled through our Hong Kong company — 1.5–2.2% depending on monthly volume.

How a shipment works

01
Request and calculation. Product, weight, dimensions, destination city — you get a quote back with an explanation of which parameter it's based on.
02
Pickup from the supplier. We need the factory's address or a link to the seller on the marketplace.
03
Receiving in Guangzhou. We weigh, measure, and photograph every package. Photos and measurements are done on the day of receiving, before dispatch.
04
Packing and consolidation. Bag, pallet, or crate — depending on the cargo type. The package then goes into a consolidated shipment.
05
Shipping and documentation. The status updates at every stage, and you're notified automatically.
06
Pickup in Tashkent or delivery to a warehouse. After payment, the cargo is released or delivered to the address.

Payment to the supplier in China

Transferring funds to the factory's account through our Hong Kong company is a separate service used more often than you'd expect. For an importer, this is the other half of the task: the goods need not only to be delivered but also paid for, and these are usually handled by different contractors. With us, it's one.

Frequently asked questions about the Uzbekistan route

How is cargo delivered from China to Uzbekistan?

By truck, transiting through Kazakhstan: the fast route takes 15–20 days, the economy route 20–35. Air is used for urgent, lightweight, high-value cargo. Consolidated shipments are gathered at our warehouse in Guangzhou.

What is the minimum shipment for delivery to Uzbekistan?

We accept from 50 kilograms. It's more cost-effective to consolidate from 150 kg: on shipments around 50 kg, the per-kilogram rate is higher. The larger the shipment, the lower the rate — for regular supplies, terms are discussed separately.

Do you deliver only to Tashkent or to the regions too?

Tashkent and other cities of Uzbekistan. Delivery to the recipient's warehouse is paid separately from the main shipping, and we quote the cost before dispatch.

Are documents required to import goods into Uzbekistan?

Yes. Uzbekistan is not part of the EAEU, so clearance differs from the Kazakhstan process. We prepare a contract, invoice, packing list, and export documents; the contract and payment to the supplier can be handled through our Hong Kong company. The declaration is filed by your customs broker — you remain the importer on paper.

How is the delivery cost to Uzbekistan calculated?

By weight or by volume — whichever parameter is "heavier" for the shipment. Volume is calculated as length × width × height × 1.1, and density is weight divided by that volume. Whether the calculation is based on kilograms or cubic meters depends on the carrier's price list and is always stated in your quote.
