For an official contract, payment works through our Hong Kong company: 1.5–2.2% depending on monthly volume. For purchases with a large number of items and small sums, there's purchase by list — 0.5–2%.

Three ways to pay China — and what's wrong with each
Directly from your own account. Works when you have a contract, a deal passport, and a bank that processes the payment without questions. Slow to set up, but transparent, and it runs smoothly after that.
Through a payment agent. Fast, but expensive: a fee of 3–20%, and the money passes through someone else's circuit. There's a separate risk — an agent who takes the payment and disappears; stories like this are common in the niche.
Through the operator of your shipment — the same one who receives the goods at the warehouse and delivers them to you. This is our approach. One point of responsibility for both money and goods: if something goes wrong with the payment, the same person handling your shipment sees it.
What you need for a payment
- supplier details: company name, bank, account;
- amount and currency;
- invoice or bill from the supplier;
- for an official contract — the contract itself and a specification.
The supplier's company name in the contract, invoice, and payment order must match character for character. A mismatch is the most common reason a payment gets returned or stuck.
How we reduce risk
Supplier check before payment. Whether the company exists, whether it can ship for export, whether the recipient matches the one listed on the invoice. This is a separate service, and it makes sense to arrange it before the transfer, not after.
Payment tied to a specific shipment. When one contractor handles both the money and the cargo, the payment is tied to the shipment: you can see what was shipped, in what volume, and when it arrived at the warehouse.
An honest boundary of responsibility. We're not responsible for the goods' quality at the supplier — our responsibility begins when the cargo is received at our warehouse in Guangzhou. If you need a quality check before shipping, that's a separate service: we'll take a look and send photos.

Are you responsible for the quality of goods you paid for?
No. Our responsibility begins when the cargo is received at our warehouse in Guangzhou: there we count, weigh, measure, and photograph every package. A quality check of the goods before shipping is a separate service, arranged on request.
