We accept shipments from 50 kg; it is more cost-effective to consolidate from 150 kg. During working hours the first reply comes within 15 minutes: weekdays 8:00–20:00 and Saturday until 14:00 Kyiv time.
Consolidated cargo from one package upward
The Uzbekistan route is used mainly for small and medium commercial shipments: retail goods, wholesale purchases and marketplace supplies. In a consolidated dispatch your cargo travels with other consignments and you pay only for your own space. The minimum is 50 kg; as the shipment grows, the fixed costs are spread over more weight and the per-kilogram amount falls. Terms for a predictable regular volume are discussed separately.
How the road calculation works
Actual weight and dimensions are recorded at goods receipt. Measured volume is length × width × height, and density is actual weight divided by measured volume. A calculation volume can include the 1.1 stacking coefficient, but that coefficient is not used as the density divisor. The road quote uses the applicable density row or cubic-metre basis and does not add volumetric weight on top.
Documents and import regime
Uzbekistan is not part of the EAEU, so its clearance scheme is different from Kazakhstan's and the two cannot be copied across. Legal import is becoming more practical, but the document set still has to be assembled for the product and scheme before dispatch.
For an official shipment we prepare the contract, check the supplier's invoice, prepare the packing list from the goods-receipt data and coordinate the export documents, plus certification where required. Your customs broker files the declaration and you remain the importer and owner of the goods. The supplier contract and payment can be handled through our Hong Kong company at 1.5–2.2% depending on monthly volume.
From the supplier to delivery in Uzbekistan
Send the product, weight, dimensions and destination city; the quote names its basis.
A factory address or a link to the marketplace seller is enough.
Every package is weighed, measured and photographed on the day of receipt.
A bag, pallet or crate is selected for the cargo, then it joins the consolidated shipment.
The assigned manager communicates milestones and changed estimates.
After payment the cargo is released in Tashkent or delivered to the agreed warehouse in Uzbekistan.
Payment to the supplier in China
Transferring funds to the factory through our Hong Kong company is a separate service. It keeps supplier payment and the shipment with one operating contact while the payment remains a separate amount and document flow.
