Privacy Policy
We collect only what is needed to answer your enquiry and arrange the shipment. We do not sell this information and we do not pass it to advertising networks. Below, in detail: what exactly, why, to whom and on what legal basis.
1. Who processes your data
| Controller | Delivery Pro China · 广州浩霖进出口贸易有限公司 |
| Unified social credit code | 91440104MAD0EWTP3W |
| Contact for data matters | Telegram @DeliveryProChina · WhatsApp +7 985 363 26 57 |
| Website | dpc.pro |
The controller determines the purposes and means of processing and is responsible for its lawfulness. Send any request under section 8 to the contacts above — we reply through the same channel you used.
2. What data we collect
Data you give us yourself. Your name. A phone number, messenger handle or email address so we can come back with an answer. Company name, if you provided one. Cargo description, direction, weight, volume, shipping frequency, timing requirements — so we can price the shipment and propose a method. Anything else you write to us.
Data needed to run the shipment — once it comes to an actual delivery: consignee details, delivery address, information from shipping documents, details of the person receiving the cargo.
Data your browser sends. IP address, browser type and version, language, screen resolution, time of the request. We receive these together with the form and do not combine them with other information about you.
Data about where you came from. The referring website address and campaign tags, if the link carried them. This tag contains no personal data; it lives in the tab's memory and leaves only together with your enquiry.
Web analytics data — anonymised visit statistics: which pages were opened, how long was spent, from which device. Collected only with your consent, see section 6.
What we never collect: passport details for website purposes, health data, religious or political views, biometrics, or bank card payment details. We do not ask for and do not store card numbers: payments, where they happen, go through a bank or a payment provider.
3. Why we do it and on what basis
| Purpose | Data | Basis |
|---|---|---|
| Answer your enquiry, price the shipment | contact, cargo | steps taken at your request before entering into a contract |
| Arrange carriage and customs clearance | cargo, consignee, documents | performance of the contract |
| Issue invoices, take payment, keep records | contact, payment | performance of the contract and legal obligation |
| Handle claims, defend our rights | all correspondence on the order | our legitimate interest and legal obligation |
| Understand which materials bring enquiries | analytics, source tag | your consent |
| Send news and offers | address and name | your consent, withdrawn in one click |
We do not take decisions producing legal effects for you automatically, without human involvement. The calculator on the site is an indicative estimate, not a pricing decision.
4. Who we share data with
Only those without whom the shipment cannot be carried out, and only to the extent necessary:
- carriers — road, rail, air, sea;
- customs representatives and brokers — to clear the cargo;
- warehouses and terminals — along the route;
- the insurer — if you instructed us to insure the cargo;
- banks and payment providers — to settle payments;
- IT service providers running the website, storing enquiries and correspondence;
- public authorities — where the law requires it, to the extent required.
We do not pass or sell your data to advertising networks, data brokers or third parties for their own purposes.
We work with service providers on terms requiring them to process data only on our instructions and to protect it.
5. Transfers abroad
Shipping from China is cross-border by nature. Your data, to the extent needed, reaches the countries along the route — primarily China (warehouse, intake and consolidation) and the destination country (customs clearance, delivery). The website infrastructure and enquiry storage are hosted on servers in the European Union.
The level of data protection in those countries may differ from that of your own. The transfer happens because it is necessary to perform the contract with you, and only to the extent without which the shipment is impossible. Where applicable, we rely on standard contractual clauses and other mechanisms provided by law.
6. Cookies and analytics
Technical files are needed for the site to work: they remember the chosen language and colour theme and are stored in your browser. The site will not work without them, so they do not require consent.
Analytics files — a web analytics service that counts page visits. They are not set before you consent. Until consent is given, no statistics are collected and no request is made to the analytics service.
There are no advertising files on this site. We do not show you ads on other sites and we do not pass data to ad platforms.
Consent can be withdrawn at any time — through the settings available on the site, or by clearing cookies in your browser. Withdrawal does not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out beforehand, and does not affect how the site works or how we accept your enquiry.
7. How long we keep it
| What | Period |
|---|---|
| An enquiry that led to no shipment | 12 months from the last contact |
| Data on a completed shipment | 5 years — the retention period for primary documents |
| Correspondence on a claim | until the limitation period expires |
| Mailing list data | until consent is withdrawn |
| Anonymised statistics | 14 months |
Once the period ends, data is deleted or anonymised. Anonymised information no longer relates to you and may be used for statistics without a time limit.
8. Your rights
You have the right to:
- know whether we process your data, and to receive a copy of it;
- correct inaccurate data and complete incomplete data;
- erase data once there is no longer a basis to keep it;
- restrict processing while your objection is being examined;
- object to processing based on our legitimate interest;
- receive your data in a machine-readable form and pass it to another controller, where processing is based on consent or on the contract;
- withdraw consent — where processing relies on it;
- complain to the data protection supervisory authority in your country.
Send your request to the contacts in section 1. We reply within 30 calendar days of receiving it. We may ask you to confirm your identity — so that we do not hand your data to someone else.
We may refuse if erasure or restriction would prevent us from performing an obligation towards you, would breach statutory record-keeping requirements, or would affect the rights of others. We give reasons for any refusal.
9. How we protect data
Access to enquiries is limited to staff who need it for their work and is password-protected. Traffic between your browser and the site runs over a secure connection. Internal systems are separated by role: a manager sees what a manager needs. Backups are stored separately from the working system.
Absolute security does not exist, and promising it would be dishonest. If a breach occurs that could affect your rights, we will notify you and the supervisory authority within the periods set by law.
10. Children
This site is addressed to business users. We do not knowingly collect data of persons under 16. If such data has reached us, write to us and we will delete it.
11. Changes
We may update this policy. The current version always sits at https://dpc.pro/en/privacy.html, and the date at the top shows when it last changed. We flag material changes on the site.
